Favorite Memories
I tried to make meal times enjoyable and memorable as my little ones matured. I remember making spaghetti one night and serving it in a new fashion as suggested by a friend...dumping the noodles and sauce on a plastic tablecloth and eating with no plates or utensils.......it wasn't fun. The kids hated it. Do you remember a favorite meal at our house? (This is probably just for my children) Leave me a comment and you may be invited over for a recreation!

Hmmmm. I love the special dinners like, dinner in a pumpkin, mexican chicken and vegetables. I also love when dad makes waffles. Or grilled chicken w/winger's sauce and homegrown watermelon. Kenny loves Cheddar chicken casserole and your party beef casserole. I just remembered.... chicken rolls. I LOVE those. But they look like a lot of work, so I haven't ever tried to make them for my family.
It must have been stressful for you to do that because you were mad that night when you did the spaghetti thing and you had yelled at us and told us we were pigs and that why you were serving us the spaghetti that way because we were pigs and we didn't have manners. I guess you don't really remember that. I definitely don't remember it being fun because you were mad. Oh well, but now you might know why we didn't like it. We thought we were in trouble.
Anyhoo, I always liked when you made my favorite meal chicken divan.
This was just a trick. You aren't planning on inviting anyone for a recreation are you?
